TONER+CREAM
Long-lasting hydration · Milk that breaks into water. Exact percentages, private supplier choices and identifying details remain confidential.

What the founder wanted

A founder wanted one product to replace a toner, essence and light cream without the heavy, sticky feel common to formula-dense hydration products.

How it was built

I built the formula from scratch as a hydration timeline: instant water binding, a longer-lasting reservoir and the lipids needed to slow water loss. Every ingredient had to earn its place without adding drag.

What was included

  • Three-stage hydration plan
  • Humectant and lipid hierarchy
  • Milk-to-water texture and phase logic
  • Manufacturing, preservation and claims direction

What it unlocked

The founder received one clear product system and lab brief instead of a long INCI wish list, with a much more ownable hydration proposition.
